Miho Goto was born in Tokyo, grew up in Fukushima. As a child, she developed the many form of art expressions and she has received numerous numbers of prizes in art competitions throughout the school years. During that time, her classical piano career was living parallel existence to her artistic studies.
Here we have larger-than-life acrylic paintings of flowers that are dynamic expressions that transfers to viewers. You realize she believes that beauty of flower is soul stirring and wants you to share in her feelings.
Miho has exhibited throughout the Metropolitan area since 1992. She has had numerous showing in Westchester area and Tribeca, Soho of New York City. Some of her master works of "Pink Roses" and "Purple Iris" are displayed at City College of New York as their permanent art collections.
